Illuminating Your Path Through Leadership and Retirement Coaching

Kirsten Meneghello, JD, PCC, CPRC

Owner and Principal

I have been asked to serve as a leader in every organization I have been a part of. I credit that to my inclusive leadership style that makes everyone feel like a part of the team, while striving to achieve results.

I believe that strong communication skills are at the core of effective leadership – as they impact the ability to be empathetic, build trust on teams, align on goals, and more. My communications expertise was developed throughout my career as a broadcast news journalist, attorney, and business leader. I have coached hundreds of corporate leaders in global companies throughout North America, Asia, and Europe since 2010.

While my career has spanned a few industries, my passion for developing people and helping them to maximize their potential has been at the core. Being a “maximizer” is one of my strengths. I see each person as unique, whole, and valuable at a deep spiritual level.

In addition to leadership development, I’ve been fascinated by career transitions and specifically the big transition from career to retirement. I am trained and certified in helping professionals make the transition to retirement or whatever their “next phase” may be.

My hobbies include travel, dancing, meditation, attending indie rock concerts, and wine tasting. I am a student of Shotokan karate and currently hold a first-degree black belt.

“The light within me sees the light within you.”
